We use state-of-the-art audio and digital equipment to professionally record your witnesses’ testimony. We provide DVD’s (Digital Video Disc) of each deposition.
DVD’s offer exceptional quality and the ability to instantaneously shuttle to various places in the testimony. Attorneys have found that the DVD format is far more flexible and easier to use than the old VHS tape.

Your DVD may also be played on your desktop computer with the proper software program.

Loaner DVD playback units are always available on a complimentary basis.

Rates:
2 Hour - $325 includes travel*, set-up & tear-down, recording up to 2 hours of a deposition and 1 (2-hour) Master DVD and one DVD copy of the Master DVD for the plaintiffs’ and defendants’ attorney.

Half Day - $475 includes travel*, set-up & tear-down, recording up to 4 hours of a deposition and 2 (2-hour) Master DVD’s and one DVD copy of the Master DVD for the plaintiffs’ and defendants’ attorney.

Full Day - $725 includes travel*, set-up & tear-down, recording up to 8 hours of a deposition and 4 (2-Hour) Master DVD’s and one DVD copy of the Master DVD for the plaintiffs’ and defendants’ attorney.

Additional DVD copies are available for $25.00 each.

Video Conversion Services - can create MPEG files used in legal presentation software (such as Sanction II).

$50.00 per 2-hour  DVD to create one MPEG 1 file supplied on CD/ DVD.

*Local travel includes the Rochester – Monroe County area. Travel outside Monroe County may incur additional time and travel fees.
